🖨️ Digital Products
All digital items sold on QuirkkyQuartz.com (or through our Etsy shop) are instant downloads. Because these are non-tangible goods, all sales are final once the file is delivered or downloaded.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for digital downloads.
✨ Custom Orders
Custom orders (including personalized invitations, edited templates, or made-to-order designs) are also non-refundable. However, if there’s an issue with your order—such as a spelling error or incorrect file delivery—we’ll be happy to revise or correct the file.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your custom item at [email protected], and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Refunds may be considered case-by-case for the following:
- You received a duplicate order
- You were sent the wrong file
- A file is corrupted or won’t open
